In these few days of MPU, it is all about personal
development. We learn about the basic of manners, goal setting, importance of
own personalities and so on. It helps us in identify our own problems, come up
with solutions, improve ourselves and change ourselves to be better.
During the first day, we were taught about the simple rules
that everyone should know at first. For an example, respect teacher during
class and not coming late to class. It is because if one comes late to class,
the students will be distracted. Then we were exposed to the word ‘Reflection’.
This word is important to use on ourselves in our daily life. I learnt to
reflect what I did about the past and improve myself in the future. I am
assigned to find out that what I have learnt in the past by analyzing the
skills developed, such as interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills and so on.
The second day, I learnt about SWOT. This helped me to
address my strength and weaknesses. It comes up with opportunities and threats
too. This reminds me to improve myself by finding out my weaknesses and keeping
up my strength. By finding out my weaknesses, I can only able to improve so
that I can be better in future no matter in the life of university or work. It
is vital for us in study and working.
The third day, I learnt about the importance of goal
setting. After setting a goal, we can only work on it to achieve it. Without a
goal, we will be lost and do anything without purposes. Thus goal setting is
vital for everyone to achieve success. We have to be determined and
positive-minded in order to achieve the goal. Also, we have to use our time
wisely and do something meaningful by not wasting time.
In short, I
learnt a lot to reflect myself, know more on my abilities and goal-setting.
These have given me the chance to know my weakness and to improve myself.
Thank you for another great article. Where else could anyone get that kind of information in such a perfect way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such information. personality growth
